Finding Tenants

Simply provide us with details of your property; the full address, property description, photos & your contact details. Once we have this information we will advertise your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Gumtree and our own website to generate tenant enquiries.

Choosing Tenants

We verbally screen applicants who are interested in viewing your property and ar-range viewings for times that are convenient for you. Once you're happy we've found the right tenant(s) for your property, you can reference them yourselves or use the referencing service we provide (charges may apply).

Handling the Paperwork

If your tenants are successful in passing the referencing checks we will prepare the tenancy agreement, deposit registration, initial rent collection and also pro-vide the tenant with your account details for future rent payments.

Market Appraisal

We will visit your property to discuss the marketing approach that we'll use to let your property, take photos, assess what documents you may need in order to let your property (such as an energy performance certificate) as well as inform you on the legal obligations of a landlord.

We will advertise your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Gumtree and our website to generate tenant enquiries, as well as contacting our corporate clients.

We verbally screen applicants who are interested in viewing your property then ar-range and conduct viewings for times that are convenient for you. Once you choose the preferred tenant if we have more than one offer, we will reference them.

Handling the Paperwork

If your tenants are successful in passing the referencing checks we will proceed with preparing the tenancy agreement and doing the deposit registration.

Moving the Tenant In

At the final stage of the letting your property if you chose LL Pack 2 we will ar-range for an Inventory to be conducted prior to the tenant moving in, we will col-lect the initial rent, deduct our fee and transfer you the remaining funds and fi-nally provide the tenant with your account details for future rent payments and contact details for any maintenance issues that may arise.
